ARE YOUR CRYSTALS GENUINE?

Yes, all of our crystals are genuine and hand-picked from local ethical sources. Please note that some crystals such as goldstone, blue goldstone, and opalite for example, are indeed manufactured as they do not naturally form in the Earth. However, that does not mean they do not share unique healing properties alike the others. We kindly advise that you do some research on each stone if you are unsure. If you need some advice on stone properties and more in-depth explanations of the makeup, please do not hesitate to send us an email or chat message. Also check out our Group post section where I provide "Crystals 101" info about different crystals. There you can join in on the discussion and/or ask questions and I will comment back to you.

ARE ALL YOUR GEMZ HAND-MADE?

Yes, all of CGGZ are hand-made by Crystal herself! In accordance with the unique nature of each crystal, including its unique structure, each of our Gem's designs are truly one-of-a-kind!

Pre-orders typically take between 2-3 weeks. Once you submit your order, an email will be sent to you confirming that we have received your request. An additional email will be sent to you once the shipment has arrived. We will also inform you if there are any delays due to weather or other unfortunate circumstances. CGGZ stays true to our principles of integrity, so therefore, we will send options that correspond with the uniqueness of your situation to ensure we maintain our 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
